SG Movers & Delivery Pte Ltd

After speaking with a few Mover companies and reading their Google Reviews, I was concerned that I had to deal with dishonest staff & breaking/damaging of items. I finally settled on SG Movers & Delivery which was referred by a friend. All my worries were eased when I saw how Wei Hao & his partner from SG Movers & Delivery handled all my items with care. They arrived on time, were friendly, honest and careful right from the start till the end of the assignment. Despite being a 2-man team, they worked fast and completed the entire move (from wrapping to loading, and unwrapping to unloading) in about 3 hours. Wei Hao made sure to utilise each trolley load to the fullest and tried to fit in the odd-shaped items as well. He even advised me on the washing machine tap that I may need to purchase if my current one does not suit my new flat, and went the extra mile to fix up my washing machine piping. It was a long push from their truck to the lift lobby, but Wei Hao and his partner were all smiles throughout the process. All my items were intact as well. Fyn, the admin whom I liaised with, was responsive and answered all my queries. Many thumbs up, highly recommend!

They are a very dedicated team of people who are meticulous in wrapping your belongings so as to ensure that it would be transported safely to the next destination. Even despite me saying that you don't have to wrap it so many times they still did what they felt was necessary. Staff are very helpful at carrying out my additional request and were happy to do so for me which is what I feel every service trade should have. This is my 3rd time engaging them and would highly recommend their moving services. Three thumbs up!
