[R-1][NG] Have decided to post as i asked for proper offline resolution and was ghosted by Penguin Movers. Ask for a quote (agreed by Penguin Movers) for the below delivery: • Disassemble and assembly of bed frame • delivery of bed frame • necessary wrapping of furniture • all inclusive of materials, labor No secure wrapping was done. Told me old bed-frame therefore no need wrap; Penguin Movers refused pick up my call and ask the deliveryman to “paint over” my bed to remove the scratches and dents caused by moving.
