Service was very good. From logistic to collection. The 2 guys who came to collect the mattress for disposal were on time and they were kind. The mattress was a king size not queen in fact. The truck was pretty full already but they tried to squeeze in the huge mattress. But $100 for disposable is a little on the high side though. Otherwise everything is great. Thank you, Penguin!
