The Montessori Playroom Kindergarten

I am truly blessed to have enrolled my son at Montessori Playroom!! I realise that the standard of education here is beyond what any other Kindergarten can offer from all my experience. The play-based curriculum and monthly field trips foster creativity and essential developmental skills. Our son loves the art projects, show and tell and other hands on activities that have significantly improved his social and literary skills. The teachers are fantastic at guiding the activities. They encourage participation and provide support, making each child feel valued. The teachers here are also nurturing and support the learning experience with such patience that my son has never had a dull day. The interaction in class promotes teamwork and cooperation, helping children build friendships and learning to share. I personally thank Ms Wendy and Principal Jake for engaging the children with such joy and care. My son is truly blessed to have had the opportunity to learn in such an amazing environment. He is ready for P1 with such confidence thanks to our choice of school, The Montessori Playroom.

My 2 kids attend here from Nursery to K2 and love their teachers, friends and learning activities. It is a small school run by kind and passionate educators Mr.Jake and Ms.Wendy. The kids have regular school trips, outdoor activities, cookery, arts and crafts, and cultural celebrations. There are classes offered in the morning 830am-12nn and afternoon 1215-345pm. There is school bus service as well. The location is great in Hougang Central. I appreciate Ms.Wendy for teaching the children good manners and etiquette. We are very grateful to have found this school for our children.

This is a true Montessori school which my toddler enjoys and he loves going to school! I can feel the passion from teachers. They provided a wide range of activities and exposures. They also focused on behaviour and emotional development. Highly recommended.
