Went there to upgrade my 5G SIM card. I booked for an appointment cos I don't want to wait for long. And there wasn't a customer in line. Maybe it's off peak. The staff was friendly and helpful. The transaction was fast. I think booking for appointment helps too, for the just in case

I went there today as i was having some issues with my handphone. I was served by Jack. He helped resolve my handphone issues. He was patient and professional. Kudos to the staff at Singtel Northpoint City. Well done.

Staff was very nice and there was absolutely no wait. The salesman introduced me good mobile plans and I am very happy about the deal.
