I had amazing customer experience with Singtel Chinatown point. There were only 2 agents but many customers. However they both managed the queries more efficiently and friendly. Helped me to buy a new contract with an iPhone. Highly recommended! Thank you so much.
Retail staff Jacky Loo was extremely patient when it was my turn. He gave sound advise on the best plan for me and checking if I enjoyed corporate rate for my phone plan. Kind and courteous, singtel is fortunate to have an asset like him.
Dennis Goh, he is very professional in his work and explained in very details. Most important he helped us to save money for our plan. Well done and awesome Dennis. Can look for him if you all come by Chinatown point singtel to support him.
