Usually long queues, however there is shorter wait on weekdays. Efficient and helpful staff, helped to sort out mobile phone, SIM card, account issues for elderly mom. They were patient too, with numerous queries from elderly folk who walked into the store.
Located at basement directly opposite uniqlo. Have always come here for all my singtel contracts and stuff. Same outlet but efficient enough. Staff are friendly.
