We are Singaporeans living in Thailand, and we return to Singapore every two years to change our Apple phones. We spent almost four hours exchanging the two phones, even going beyond their closing time (after 10 PM), and they patiently explained and analyzed everything for us, ensuring we wouldn't have trouble adapting to the new phones. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or sell a phone, as they are not only patient and honest with customers, but their service process is completely transparent, so everyone can feel secure using their services.
