I went to Nex M1 shop for assistance regarding my mobile phone problem. I was referred to Elwina. She was so responsible and helpful. My phone problem persists but Edwina did not give up. She keeps the follow up and continued to find solutions for my mobile phone problem. She is really very good. 7 star service!!! - Darrell Reply

I was delighted with the service I received from M1 as I need to get a new mobile number for my business needs. I go there with zero knowledge and was guided well by the staff over there. My customer service representative is Jeck Shin Wong, he was very patient and professional. He handled my queries well and even give advice out of his job scope that I think was very useful to my circumstances. At one point I was taking a long time to choose my number and I do not feel the rush from him. I definitely recommend anyone who is clueless on M1 service to walk in to this branch and get the help they need. This guy deserve a recognition for his service and sincerity. Maybe some raise he.. This is my 1st time writing a online review for someone who really deserve this attention especially in Singapore environment.
