My phone gave way without warning yestersdaday. Thanks to Jayson who explained the various plans and phone models clearly, I was able to make informed decisions on my new contract and phone swiftly. Along with Jihan, both gentlemen guided me with patience to transfer data from my old phone to the new device. As my old phone was unstable and kept restarting, Jihan painstakingly taught me diffrent alternative methods to transfer my images and videos. All his attempts were in vain as my old phone wasn't cooperative at all. He maintained his cool all the way and shared with me that he has encountered and resolved more difficult cases previously.
