Staff was friendly when showing me their available phones and was relatively patient when I was choosing a phone. Would certainly return if going to trade in or buy new phone, as price is really budget friendly and did not burn a hole in my wallet.

Excellent responsive service! Sent my mom's phone for check up at this shop cos it couldn't turn on. After a quick diagnosis (free!) they proposed to repair the motherboard which I agreed. Unfortunately the phone had issues and couldn't power up after 2 months. Upon alerting the shop, they were quick to reply and offered to inspect the phone again. In the end they helped to replace the motherboard for my mom without additional charges.
