I asked for the LCD of my smartphone to be replaced. The staff fixed it in 3-4 hours as promised. And it's cheaper than nearby store. Instead of the promised 3-4 hours, the nearby store said they were still ordering replacement parts more than 5 hours later, and the deadline was not met and the cost was very high. If you are looking for repairs in this area, I highly recommend this store. I will never use nearby store again.

Excellent service provided from Calvin, they replaced my phone's crack screen in half hour. Price is very reasonable compared to others, very impressive.

Coming from the US, I'm used to accountability from retail businesses, and the attitude that it is better to make customers happy than cling to every penny. This vendor has a different view. When I accidentally did not specify which pair of earbuds I was ordering, they did not contact me to clarify, instead sending me an inferior pair that I did not order. When I requested a refund for the unopened product, they refused, insisting I travel across Singapore to exchange the mistakenly sent pair, and pay more to get the pair I intended. This was inconvenient. When I politely tried to get them to do the right thing, they discontinued communication. This is the way that shops used to operate decades ago in Singapore, before internet commerce. Apparently, this shop continues to do so. They treated me with contempt and disrespect, all for a $16 pair of earbuds. - Andrew Reply
