My phone was dead and not responsive to any button press or charging. One service lady just approached me during her spare capacity between appointments, to help me with a hard reset, and Walla! My phone came back to life.

Probably the coolest Apple Store I’ve visited! Ascend upwards on the escalator into the middle of the dome. Great views while you play with the demo devices. Helpful short presentations given on various topics.
