It was my first facial and their customer service and skills didnt disappoint me. Nic consulted both me and my friend before our session and explained on our current skin conditions and asked what expectation we want. I chose the cryotherapy hydrating facial top up with medical peel which is quite affordable. Jessie is my beautician and she makes me feel comfortable throughout the session. You guys should try to visit one day and give their packages a try.

Had a marvellous experience at the sengkang grand mall outlet! Christina the consultant was very professional and explained the procedures well and the therapist Jessie was professional as well, attentive and highly skilled! I would encourage everyone to give this skincare outlet a try.
