I went for a facial trial at SkinLab at Jurong Point last month. The services rendered by Candy was excellent. She is very experienced in doing facials and face massage and exactly knows what kind of treatment is best for your skin type. Their Centre Manager is also very service oriented in offering the right plackage for the customers. I had eczema and was convinced to buy the skincare products from Candy and Twinkle as per their recommendations. Twinkle is good in offering good discount for the products. Recommended to go for their facials as they offer quality service and products.

From the initial consultation from Twinkle to the actual treatment, I was impressed with how thorough and attentive the experience was. Afterward, my skin felt rejuvenated—softer, more hydrated, and with a noticeable glow. Overall, it was an excellent first experience. It was my first time visiting; the consultant Kay gave some advice for my skin after better understanding my condition, and the beautician Lteen made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole process while also explaining the procedures and giving some tips on how to better care for my skin. They were both very friendly and i had an amazing experience.
