Went for the first time, as a Hijabi i was skeptical of the privacy. Surprisingly, consultation and room was super private. Double doors at entrance. My aesthetician: Helen was super professional and despite the language barrier. Helen would explain every simple step amd ensure I am comfortable with the temperature/texture/pressure before continuing she wiped every spill or over application which genuinely shows she cares and takes pride in her work. 5star service comparable to Bali top spas! Goodjob helen hope you get recognition at work from your bosses for your excellent customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at SkinLab Medical Spa! This was my first time getting a facial treatment, and I’m very satisfied with the results. Yubi, the specialist, was incredibly nice and gentle, making the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. The package I chose was worth every penny, offering excellent value for the quality of care and results. I’m definitely planning to return for more treatments in the future.

Did a Aloe Vera facial today at SkinLab with Yen as my beautician and it was really enjoyable. The facial massage was relaxing and the extraction was not painful at all. Yen is friendly, communicates well by letting me know each step of the treatment and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
