The spa environment was incredibly serene and calming, with soft lighting and soothing music. The pre-massage relaxation room with the aromatherapy scents created a truly tranquil atmosphere. The staffs were very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire experience. The massage was exactly what I needed to relieve stress and tension, plus the sauna and jacuzzi i loveeeeeee the whole package and facilities! I left feeling completely rejuvenated and with a renewed sense of well-being after my massage. This was one of the best spa massages I've ever had!!! Its my 3rd time here, even the spa wellness at Batam could not beat the standards here, I highly recommend it!!

I love coming back to this spa! My mom and I had a great massage with Indai and Siti, who did an amazing job relieving our tight knots. All the masseuses are so friendly, and as a regular, I always feel welcome. Hana at the reception is wonderful and ensures we’re well taken care of with food and drinks. This spa truly deserves the recognition it’s getting, and I hope they continue delivering top-notch service!

Great places to unwind after a strenuous week. The staff are friendly and accommodating and therapist Dora and Inday are very skillful. Jacuzzi and steam room are available for use. After the massage, guests are treated to lounge and served with ginger tea and pastries.
