Highly recommended! Being a long-term customer of The Ultimate Spa of more than 10 years, I commend their professionalism in their facial and massage services. But most importantly, it is the great company culture of caring for their customers. It feels like home whenever we are there. Their considerate and enthusiastic help offer to my wheelchair-bound husband is always something that touches our hearts.
My wife and I have been going to Ultimate spa for more than 8 years and the massage has been awesome. All the staff are attentive and masseurs put in additional effort to remember ur preferences. Over the years, there have been many sales staff, with the most recent - Ms Crystal, do their best to tailor make packages that are customized to our needs.
I have been a member at this branch since it opened. Exceptional service always. The current Manager Crystal Chen is a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and explains the treatments well. Jojo is my favourite therapist. Overall, a very healing experience being here.
