Healing Touch Spa

After going to HT at Alexandra off and on for about 10 years it is about time I left a review. I simply want to recommend Eve, she really is the best therapist I've experienced in Singapore or elsewhere in SEA too, whether at hotel, massage spas or sports massage. Every time I return to HT I wonder why I would waste my time and money elsewhere. She is an expert at understanding and healing any barriers to good mobility and she works hard to heal you. Eve you are a legend, thank you!

Ivy provided very good experience. Her accupoint massage is always able to relieve my tension well over my repeated visits. Faith has always done an excellent job for the several years I've been here. She's friendly and really makes you feel comfortable with her. I always leave feeling refreshed (despite the sleepy look) after a session. My aches and sores are so much better now!

Been a long time customer of Alexandra branch (6 years), and I managed to book a massage with Faith, with recommendation from a colleague. Very impressed with her massage technique and level of service. I'm a physiotherapist by profession, and judging by Faith's massage, she must have had a background in physiotherapy as well. Her massage can be deep or relaxing depending on your preference, and yet it leaves absolutely no bruises. Also, communication is excellent since her first language is English. Unlike many other therapists I've been to, Faith took the time to do a quick assessment of my needs and problem areas prior to the massage, and customized the massage specially for my specific condition. Her strokes are very precisely done, with good flow and directly on point. I felt my knots being slowly eased away and very relaxed after the massage. Also, based on our conversation throughout the massage, I'm pretty sure Faith could be a certified counsellor as well. I shared with her about struggling with a loss of a loved one, and she provided me with sound and supportive advice on how to cope with the situation and how to move forward positively. I left the spa feeling like a new person, physically and mentally. I may just be paying for a massage, but I received so much more in return. Would also like to commend the excellent and courteous service from your front desk staff, before and after the massage. Can't really find much fault with my experience here, except maybe the rooms are quite small and there are not a lot of food options in the area around the spa. I'm already planning my next visit, and I'll definitely recommend Faith and Alexandra branch to those around me. Keep up the good work!
