Without a doubt the absolute best IT service provider I've encountered. Had a lot of bad experience with 3 other hosts, but once we transferred to Conacea, it now runs so smoothly I don't have any more problems. Occasional hiccup but resolved quickly by Joe. Recommend him 200%. He knows what he's talking about, and does not give me excuses unlike other hosts - I'm an IT person myself and know what's really going on. He takes time to help us, even when he's sick. He also tells me the truth about the software or hosting plan, and recommends the right one for me, instead of just pushing me to buy an expensive one.
