A helper that I took through direct transfer wasn't working out well and I wanted to send her to an agency. May was very helpful and provided me lots of information. Even when it was the weekend and she could not take my helper, she still tried her best by arranging for an interview with my helper to see if she could still take her into the agency. As May had been so helpful, I went back to her later when I needed a new helper. Overall, I am super happy with her service. So professional and assuring. May said that if I had any questions/difficulties, the agency will continue to support me for 2 years. Worth paying them to organise everything for me. I also appreciated her prompt updates. Overall, i will rate the service a 11/10!
