I was looking urgently for a helper to take care of my dad which was hospitalised. My wife and I worked daily from 11am to9pm even on weekends n holiday. My friend recommended me TJM employment Agency at Tampines to me. They are highly responsive, always made a point to follow up with me , WhatsApp me and prompts video clips of interviews. They sent me many good choices of maid details to me. From contacts, GMC certificates, Singpass authorisation, helper Sg application,chasing of passport, MOM WPD, apply for domestic helper application, air ticket and etc all taken care by them. Excellent service from Freda Chee and Elroy Ho thanks. I got my helper earlier on 17dec and my dad finally discharged from hospital two days later. Now whole family is very happy living with my helper.. kudo to TJM.

Freda assisted us with our application process and she was a great help! Very responsive to our queries and very efficient. Would recommend to anyone who's a 1st time applicant as she's very experienced and is able to provide guidance and support along the way.
