Island Maids

I wanted to get a helper for my elderly mom. Was refered to Island Maids by my cousin. I was served by Keh when I made enquiries. I was impressed by his service standards, the professionalism and knowledge. He sent several biodata promptly and explained the procedures clearly. He arranged for us to interview the helpers immediately for the next day too. During interview he patiently let us interview several helpers that we shortlisted. We confirmed one of the helpers the next day. He helped us with the paperwork efficiently and promptly and we were able to deploy our helper in a very short time. He even worked or arranged for his colleague to help us on his off days. We have hired helpers from other agencies before but this is the first time the process was a breeze! We are very pleased with our decision and both my mom and the helper are both happy at home now. We strongly recommend anyone who wants to hire a helper to go for Island Maids and must look for Keh. By the way, his colleague Kenzo is really helpful and nice too! Thank you very much to both of you!

This is my first time approaching Island Maids hoping to find a transfer domestic helper. Surprised that the agency staff is friendly and efficient. I was assigned to Keh who is very helpful in allowing me to interview many potential helpers, without the pressure to make a decision. Follow-up communications was frequent for the few helpers that I was keen on so I finally made a selection. Keh will respond even during his day off. Work permit application & documentation was efficiently and properly processed and filed in a folder. Noticed that Island Maids managers/seniors provide guidance and good support to other EA personnel to ensure their efficient standard of service.
