It was our 1st time to engage a helper to look after our father (90yrs old) is in recovery of stroke. Ms Wen Dee is very helpful and professional in guiding us. The process was smooth. Wen Dee is trustworthy, & given her experience, we're able to have a helper within a short period. Our father is grateful too, as his fear of having a helper is uncalled. Since he only understands Mandarin and the helper not only assured our father, she speaks fluent in it. She's very delicate and patience towards him. Thank Wen Dee for your effort and providing us a smooth transition.

We were looking for a maid to keep my elderly mum company and to care for her. Michelle from Hougang branch was friendly and helpful when we first approached her. She could understand our needs and shortlisted a few maids close to the criteria we gave her. When we told her we had to seek our mother’s opinion 1st, Michelle was understanding.
