Janice is a very accommodating agent where she will explain to us in the detail the process of hiring a FDW to our life. During the interim process she also assist us to walk through the process of settling in the administrative process which I am totally new in. When we face problems with our FDW, Janice is also very patient to hear out our problems and provide us with options to solve the predicament we are facing.
