Blessed to engage Hilwah Maid Agency. They assist us in finding the right helper for our needs. We hire our first helper and she is tremendously awesome! Dwi has been taking care of my parents needs with so much love, care, concern and lots of patience! Sadly, as much as she wanted to continue with us, due to family matters she has to go back to her hometown. We now hire a 2nd one with Hilwah as we have all the confidence and trust in them! Hope she is as good as Dwi! And not forgetting to Nana, one of the agent who is always there for us , "guiding" both helper and employer in having a positive relationship. Thank you so much, Nana!! From Shikin: I would like to commend kak Liyana for her efficiency and knowledge in guiding me throughout getting a FDW for my mum. As a first timer, I had so many doubts and uncertainty in the process but Kak Liyana journeyed with me that I could rest my worries. Mum suffered from stroke and was in need of FDW desperately and quickly. You can imagine how worried and anxious I was especially when I am a first time employer.
