Honestly I never had any experience with regards the 1 star reviews. I called to asked about key duplication and head over to the shop after work. The staff appears initially uninterested but those feelings were unfounded after he understands my needs. He did the duplication and tested to ensure the car key works. Even answered other questions I had with regards to installation of car alarm. The experience at the shop was wonderful.
Sharon and colleagues are very friendly, most important is efficient, always assist me resolve the lost key issue. Sharon gentle & helpful, she the flower in the green. Her male colleague are smart, handsome can do magic to our lost key, good experiences with them. Kudos to the team.
Very good and professional services! Strongly recommend for anyone looking to make car keys .
