Called him at almost midnight as my young daughter n hubby was locked inside the toilet by a faulty door handle. Arrived in 30min. As there was no physical screw point on the outside the door lock has to be broken. He also replaced with a new handle. With the extent of work i would say the charges were reasonable. Highly recommended!
