The block Apex Law is housed in is not impressive at all. But Apex Law office looks nice, professional and comfy. Apex was recommended by my housing agent. They are efficient. Immediately on appointment, I received WhatsApp text (or calls) from Jake, Chin Li and Siew Teng. They also follow up with email. I told Siew Teng that I hardly check my email and to inform me on WhatsApp too which she did. She also answers my text very promptly. Thanks Siew Teng. I think she was main person I had to liaise with. I got to meet the lawyer only once for less than 30 minutes. But then this is good for me and it’s also just a sales transaction paperwork. Constance, at reception, is very efficient and polite. She picks up calls very quickly. I went to the office thrice and every time she submits my documents to her colleagues for attention immediately. She always offers me a drink. She is a good frontline for the firm. On the whole, I am very satisfied with Apex Law. It was hassle free for me. Keep up the good work.

Good service provided by Natalie re Grant of Probate done. Explanation was clear from the start and she kept me posted along the way till I received the Probate which is less than 2 months as it was not complicated. Her attitude towards work is serious and she does her best.

The staffs are welcoming. Answer to queries very promptly and give clear instruction. Spoke to Jonathan and he provided very clear explanation to the purchase of residential unit. The overall experience makes you feel at ease.
