I think management has done something to improve the service at the Star Vista outlet. Visited it for the first time yesterday and was quite apprehensive because of all the reviews. Saw that there was only one male staff handling the lunch hour crowd. He appeared very busy and stressed but was nonetheless courteous and nice when I told him I wanted to order via counter instead of the machine. Got my drink and it tasted good! In fact, a tad too sweet and thick!

Staff was attentive and friendly. Ordered the holy chocolicious & it was rly nice.

A usual boost store :-) Fast and efficient order via the self-order kiosk :)
