Despite having to run the store alone, Naila is extremely efficient and friendly! The store is also kept neat and clean. This is my first time visiting the Holland Village branch since it's right outside the MRT, but definitely wont be my last!

Although it was busy, Kym was fast and drinks were well made. Not too watery or too thick. She had great customer service and was helpful in directing the use of shopback despite being in a rush. Well done.

Had a quick drink from here and Eugenia was more excellent in the preparation of the drink! Upbeat, cheerful and the drink really kicked a punch. Brightened my day too, please give her a raise.
