Great service from Mr Charles Chin on both occasions. He was patient and approachable. We bought a ring from him in April at Compass Point SK and another ring today, in June at Waterway Point branch. We are very please with SK products and his service.

Ruby was polite and patient with my queries and assisted sincerely too. Thank you for helping me to choose a unique piece. No hard-selling too even though I had other choices. Will definitely visit again.
