We were at the shop to exchange an outdated bracelet for a new one. Upon understanding our requirements, she patiently explained everything about the exchange in detail. She even goes beyond her duties to assist us in maximizing the benefits from the mall points. She's really a true gem to the company.

Service was good and Ina was very patient and experienced in her product knowledge. We also got free cleaning service for our old Poh Heng products as well as free ring reshaping because it was bent.
