Jason Soh was our wonderful representative who took the time to understand exactly what kind of gold chain we were looking for, and patiently showed us multiple options without any rush. His warm, thoughtful approach made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable, and we are very happy with our gold chain. Truly appreciate the sincere and professional service by him. We will most definitely return to this outlet and look for Jason to help us out.
