Had a wonderful experience designing two custom pieces for gifting at On Cheong— Thomas and designer Jenny were incredibly attentive and patient throughout the entire process: they helped transform what started out as only vague ideas and visions into two beautifully crafted rings that can now be passed on as family heirloom. From sketches to specifications, they were meticulous every step along the way, seeking my input whilst also advising generously from their expertise to make sure that the end-product would be satisfactory to what I was looking for. It was such a great experience working with them and I’ll gladly return to On Cheong for more custom orders in the future.
