Many thanks to Karen and her male co-worker (didn't get his name) at NEX who helped me with my purchase. I had to fly back to London the following day and really wanted an item I saw, which was being transferred to another outlet. Karen and her colleague (and the driver!) really went out of their way to get the item re-routed back to NEX for me. I got it within an hour— what a delight! Many thanks again :)

Really helpful staff at this branch, Meyson offers really competitive pricing on their engagement rings. I'm thankful to them for being patient and not try to up-sell me. Definitely recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for an engagement ring.
