I want to commend the stellar team at the Novena Square outlet for their outstanding service. Over the past month, I have bought three Peace Pendants (???) from this store, and every visit has been exceptional. Alvin Tan, the Sales Manager first left a strong impression with his professionalism before moving to Terminal 3. Felicia Au has been proactive and thoughtful, keeping me updated and even arranging for new pieces to be crafted. Eric Goh went the extra mile by sourcing an additional pendant from another outlet on the same day. And most recently, Snow and Calvin Wang provided warm, attentive service during my visit. Thank you all for the great customer experience, truly exemplary salesmanship
Just bought a set of pendants + chains and was attended by Nordiana. I was very pleased with her excellent service and so much patience in attending to me. She has shown what is considered an excellent service. Kudos.
