We got our engagement ring made by Gioia. Clarence and the team were excellent. They made us feel welcomed and patiently took time to explain the gems, designs and processes. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all to choose a gemstone, design and even with asking for a quotation. They were able to do a quick rendering of the design on the spot during our first consultation. Clarence is also very prompt to reply my queries whenever I would text him.
