Samantha Ong is unmatched. She’s the best staff that I’ve ever encountered in Cartier. I felt comfortable around her as she is really cheerful and helpful. She offered to clean my love bracelet when I didn’t even thought of cleaning it at all - it looks pretty new when I received it back again. She gave me all the advices that I needed to make a decision on my purchase. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely look for Samantha again for my next purchase with Cartier.
