Thanks Vin for helping us through our house reno! Vin was very patient, speedy and attentive throughout the entire process- he was able to accommodate our extremely tight timeline (2 months!) and pulled things together very quickly. We were really surprised at how quickly the TIL’s contractors worked, and most times the works were completed ahead of schedule. We sincerely appreciated Vin’s positive attitude throughout the entire process especially through all the design changes we requested - in fact the final project was completely different from the original brief but Vin was able to support us through each iteration swiftly, no questions asked. We had a couple challenging carpentry requests that were accommodated too (massive 2m by 2.5m storage bed with hydraulic lift, concealed DB box behind a large glass display showcase) The contractors were very pleasant to work with, and the quality of the carpentry is great too. We also appreciate that whenever there was an issue that would come up (as they tend to when a project is underway) Vin would immediately problem solve and present options. Where there were mistakes they were rectified immediately, again, no questions asked. His positive demeanor also got heavy praise from our condo management - they only had nice things to say about working with him and genuinely liked working with him which helped us get through our project quickly. Ray and Delynn were the project managers for my renovation and they have been very creative, efficient, thorough and very open to listening to my ideas. This is the second time that I am using The Interior Lab ID services and I am very impressed with the quality of their service and their dedication. All my guests have nothing but wonderful compliments when they walk into my home as every nook and corner is beautiful, especially my kitchen. I would like to thank my ID Hazel Tan and Donny from The Interior Lab for a wonderful home and a pleasant experiences throughout the whole renovation process. We started engaging Hazel since late 2022, even her quotation is not the cheapest among all the quotations we had, but her attentiveness on all the details, patiently addressing all our requirements as well as the confidence of delivering our dream home help us made the decision. The renovation was relatively smooth with issues being sorted out quickly and timely photos/video update of the renovation progress and we managed to finish within the timeline. Hazel was very responsive during the process for any questions we have even late at night or weekends. Minor post renovation rectifications are being attended quickly with minimal disruption. Overall it is absolutely the right decision to choose TIL for our home renovation and our sincere appreciation to Hazel. We definitely will recommend TIL and Hazel for anyone who is looking to renovate their home.
