When it comes to searching for an ID, homeowners definitely want someone who is patient, flexible, resourceful and at least doesn't go MIA. Besides those, I required someone who can bounce ideas, humorous, say 'no' to my odd suggestions. Glad that Jay fulfilled all of the above. It was a good renovating journey. Not only is he not the MIA kind, he went further by ensuring that the carpentry was sheltered from a windowless house in the middle of the night.
