Our experience with Lesley from Space Atelier to renovate our living space was a highly positive one. Lesley demonstrated remarkable professionalism, expertise, and commitment from the project’s inception to its completion. She was always proactive in identifying and resolving renovation issues, without us having to prompt her. She was also very responsive in replying to our queries. Additionally, the level of craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail were outstanding. The project was completed on schedule and communication of any adjustments or additional fees was forthcoming. It has been 6 years since we had our first home done by Jeff and we have always been very satisfied with the quality even till the day we moved out, the fixtures were still in very good condition that our buyer commented that it was like a new home. We have decided to go back to Jeff after this long without even a consideration of looking for another ID as we shared a good chemistry with him and he knew out wants and don'ts exactly. So much so that when he came up with the design, there was not even a consideration of making any changes to his design theme. Fast forward, what we saw in the 3D drawing came to life and it was exactly what we wanted. It was a hassle free experience working with Jeff and he also sets a high standard for himself. This was also why we trusted him in the entire process. All in all, we are very happy and we were glad that he did our second home so well that we could forget about our previous home.

It has been an extremely restful journey for our home renovation. Our previous ID left and we were handed over to Jeff. Jeff provided us very practical advise on our home renovation upon finding out that we were going to live overseas for a period of time. He shared with us things we should and should not do. He was also very patient in helping us choose the carpentry designs all over again. Subsequently before renovation started, Leon joined the project. The service from both Leon and Jeff were very timely and assuring. As both my husband and I were living overseas, we entrusted our home renovation in their hands. During the renovation period, Leon has been very kind to video call us and drop us texts along the way to check in with us on our needs and how to install the different items since we can't be there in person. After the renovation, there were only few minor defects and the defects were rectified promptly. We are really thankful for the great after sales service. Whenever I share my experiences I had with Space Atelier's IDs, my friends would say that it's unheard of on how restful a renovation journey could be. Many friends said they had to micromanage their IDs. But we were totally hands free because because Leon and Jeff did amazing work! We really loved how our home looks thanks to Leon and Jeff! We really appreciate the spirit of excellence and professionalism that both Leon and Jeff has! Special mention to Leon for all the hard work done during the renovation and for making our house feel like home!
