Their staff is very nice and professional. Ms Wee Toh is super efficient, kind hearted and always go extra miles to make customers’ goal achieved. She knows her work very well including every single detail of renovation eg painting, carpentry work, and all other aspects that we encountered. She is the one you can trust and rely on. Their team keeps promise to complete work according to the tight work schedule (1w+) and within very reasonable budget.

It was great journey to renovate my house with Ritchie. This shop is not a big shop, but providing great service. Wee showed us great profesional and attitude. It could be always some argument when we go thru such kind of renovation with a company as most of the time, customer and service provider do not understand each other. However, with the sincere attitude of Wee, we went thru the process without big mistakes. All the concerned parties they are working together also quite liable as well.

Had the opportunity to work with Ritchie Creative Design to renovate our EC unit. Thanks Wee and Justin for the effort put in to design our house, liasing with the contractors to ensure that renovation can be done on time before CNY. Highly recommended for those looking for interior designers.
