A home renovation is infamously known to be a potential nightmare, and coupled with an ongoing pandemic at the time of renovation, the journey would have been less than smooth. However, we are absolutely delighted to have engaged Regina & Jet as our IDs. From day one, their candid yet professional attitude towards the renovation made us feel right at ease, and it was a great start to a partnership! The discussion prior to the renovation works was an extremely detailed and long conversation but Regina and Jet has met us with great levels of patience and understanding! They have also shared many practical and aesthetically pleasing advice for the home that gave us the confidence that they truly care for you and your lifestyle instead of chasing numbers. During the renovation, there were inevitable hiccups but they took swift actions to rectify the issues and allowed us to make modifications along the way that will have further enhanced the space. However, for the most part, the renovation was a smooth journey and the craftsmanship for most areas such as carpentry and electrical works were top notch, and they take great pride in their work as there were minor defects that they could not overlook/accept and would come down to rectify the issue with us. Overall, if you are looking for a cost-effective, professional, and a beautiful home, we will highly recommend Regina, Jet, and the entire Jesigns team

Good quality materials, responsible project management & creative design! What's there to say no to Jesigns?! Highly recommend any home owners to engage them as your ID and you definitely won't regret!. I had friends who lamented that 3Ds are always "fake", the expectation vs reality always failed them... I almost engaged a second ID after a dispute with the original one, til I came across Jesigns and was immediately drawn and amazed by their creative designs. My friends were amazed by their 3D works during the initial discussions and commented they have the WOW factor unlike most 3Ds. Best part of all, Jesigns lived up and exceeded my expections by the end of the renovation process! Thank you Jesigns team! Special thanks to Desmond for the patience and coordination throughout the reno process.

Finally I decided to give my humble comments on Jesigns Interior Design after staying in my newly renovated resales flat for 9 months. So far, no big issues with all the carpentry works ( I renovated the whole flat and removed the store room, so there’s a lot of carpentry work done for storage despite it’s a small little flat); There is no issue with flooring, lighting, toilet or air con leakage problem. I did the renovation within my budget, which is quite amazing with no VO at all, that is how detailed Jet and his team did the renovation estimations. What I like most about the Reno is the carpentry work with good workmanship and the tile flooring where the tile master is very passionate with his work. I would recommend Jet to be your ID. In fact, I have friends who came to my place to “scrutinise” the Reno workmanship and decided to engage them. Thank you Jet and Royston.
