I highly recommend Chief Designer Winnie from Icon Interior as an exceptional interior designer. She is very experienced and her leadership in managing her team was excellent. Winnie is professional, patient, and provides valuable input that greatly enhanced our project. Her meticulous attention to detail and efficiency ensured high-quality work in every aspect. Winnie consistently delivered on time and went above and beyond, even assisting to keep a close watch with jobs by other outsource company. She also went the extra mile in helping us choose furniture that perfectly fit our space. Every detail of our home was executed flawlessly. Moreover, Winnie is very responsive; she replies to messages promptly, even on her rest days, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project. This combination of professionalism, patience, insightful input, and strong leadership made the entire experience truly exceptional.

This review comes a little late. Karen is excellent. The design of my home is everything I wanted. Gave her a clean slate to design other than a rough idea and this was better than I expected. The quality is amazing. She follows through closely. We never had to do a single thing other than go through the design and work with her on the loose furniture. Post renovation, Karen is still contactable and follows up with anything I want changed. I have recommended Icon and Karen to others.

After the first visit with Wayne and Dino, we were sure and confident that they could deliver, and obviously they did! It’s never a perfect journey with designing a new home and renovating it to our expectations. Everyone knows that. However, the little, nitty- gritty setbacks were the ones that I definitely want to commend them for. Action taken was swift and the little nitty - gritty issues were handled with the most positive approach and professionally attended too, in a timely manner. My new home was ready ahead of schedule, by 2 days, and no major hiccups at all!
