We’d totally recommend Alissa Chan and her team from Home Guide, who went above and beyond to make sure our home renovation was successfully completed to our liking, and well within the stipulated time. The most important attributes of the Home Guide team were customer satisfaction and prompt responsiveness to our requests. Whenever difficulties were encountered they were worked through expeditiously. We are very happy with the design work and the project that transformed our old, cramped, water logged and inefficient kitchen into a fully functional and modern one! We specified an aggressive completion date and the original plan was slightly longer than we had hoped but in the end everything was completed ahead of schedule. This included re-working cabinets that after installation, we determined were too high for our comfort; James of Home Guide Management was gracious enough to have the contractors replace them making the cabinets better than originally specified. We would fully recommend James and his designer Sushi of Home Guide, plus their entire team of sub-contractors, for any home renovation project large or small.

We have very positive experience working with Project Director/ID Mr Lance Ching Yew Fatt, ably helped by his assistant Ms Cherie Saw. Lance spent substantial time with us discussing our requirements, showed us the interior designs of our home renovation before starting work. He also brought us to select the necessary tiles and bathroom accessories from vendors. More importantly, Lance and his team worked according to an agreed project schedule and delivered/handed the apartment to us on time & schedule. Though the renovation cost is not low, both my wife and I felt that we have worked with a competent team and the money spent is worth it and we are satisfied with their work. Thank You.
