Five stars. In truth, maybe a little more but not a little less. From start to end, every bit was undeniably well deserved. Zen was extremely responsive even before we collected keys. Months later, on our first meet up, Zen gave us a tour of our own unit and pointed out the common works for most bto projects. It took some time for us to decide what we really wanted. Over the next few weeks, we had random spontaneous ideas and faced decision paralysis. But Zen, like one of the many structural walls, was always there- his swift replies (every day of the week) to all our doubts (no matter how silly they must have sounded then) is testament to the personal touch that would otherwise be lacking had we gone elsewhere. We did face our share of obstacles and teething issues, but Zen guided us along the way- all that we lacked at times was just a white cane. Definitely not a case of the blind leading the blind, Zen’s impeccable knowledge in his area of expertise enabled him to explain everything in layman’s terms to us patiently, again and again. We are truly appreciative for Zen’s unwavering support throughout and valuable inputs from planning to execution. A big thank you to Zen and his team at Hash for turning dreams into reality.

Highly responsive and insightful service Being a first time home owner, we were overwhelmed by the choices that we have to made for our renovation. Fortunately for us, we met Zen who made the entire process, from planning phase, to material selection seamless. He made it seems effortless for us. He was very patient in explaining to us the details and provided valuable insight that enable us to have a good balance between trendy, stylist but yet practical design. He even considered and incorporate the aspect of an easy maintenance in our design. During the entire renovation work, he was very engaged and respond swiftly to any queries that may have been laid out by the contractors and workers to ensure that the end product does not drift from the planned layout. Overall I would say that I am a very satisfied customer and am excited to embark on a new journey in our new home that he curated for us. Highly recommended

We engaged Hash Interior to do renovation works for our apartment. Overall experience was great! Works were completed ahead of time, quality is good and the designs that they created were practical. Zen was extremely responsive and helpful. Communications with him was also good. He has plenty of contacts which made looking for household appliances, lighting etc very easy. He has a solution literally for everything. We appreciated also his honesty when it came down to deciding if we should do certain works or not. He is very knowledgeable about anything to do with design, construction, architecture. A pleasant experience engaging him and his team to do the reno work for us!
