Fynn is a great ID to work with! The planning and the renovation process were both very smooth. Fynn will take the time to listen and discuss what you want and at the same time offer her suggestions. She is also detailed and patient to explain to us what certain items will look like (e.g. aircon casement, nuances of the carpentry), what are the limitations of it so that we will be clear. My wife and I greatly appreciate that. When we have questions, Fynn is prompt with her responses and is quick to arrange for rectification where required. Overall it is an enjoyable experience working with Fynn and we would would strongly recommend working with her.
