Lyn is our ID. Is a blessing to us as she is very responsible and responsive. She is patient and listens attentively to details and works out on the budget for us. Construct the reno design based on our requests. She walked and explained the procedures with us, gave us many advice on what materials to get on and best match to our home design. Her renovation process is very detailed and orientated. She gives us tips and recommendations on which lighting to get and even what décor and furniture will suit us. Lyn is always contactable and queues us on the schedule. Most importantly, she is very helpful and always there for us. She shops the lighting, kitchenware and toilet ware with us. This was all done during the Covid period. We like her design very much. First design images out and we are very pleased to see it. The material cost was more costly during Covid pandemic but she tried to work out and the charges are reasonable and affordable with no hidden cost. I will definitely highly recommend her to those looking for an ID.

We did pretty major, from-scratch renovations with Espacio and would highly recommend working with Lyn. Her aesthetic is clean, modern and tasteful, and more importantly, she balances out practical considerations with aesthetics. Lyn is super helpful and responsive in all aspects of the process, offering differing perspectives while always being respectful to our preferences. She is easy-going and relaxed while paying close attention to detail when it comes to actual workmanship, and this suited our personal approach and pace. Their workmanship is generally high quality, and where there may be defects, they make good without fuss and always professionally. We love how our house turned out, and so do many of our guests!

We went through a tedious ID selection and landed on Lyn, as her designs completely match what we're looking for. Her aesthetics are clean, modern and sleek. The results are a beautiful home. Thank you Lyn for being so patient with me and putting up with my fickle-mindedness and crazy requests!
