Artistroom came highly recommended and they far exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation, to design, to the final 3D drawing, Mark & Katy has been extremely professional and patient in understanding our needs and desires for our home. Katy mastering of space design and optimization gives our home an excellent 'flow' and such a pleasure to live in now. As the renovation started, Mark & Katy were always around to ensure the works were done up to expectation, accurately and timely. Mark and Katy are very hands on, the teams they engaged not only skillful, their mutual understanding between designer and builders were simply amazing. With Artistroom meticulous, practical yet aesthetically pleasing design, high quality materials and excellent execution of the renovation work, we were very assured and peace of mind in our home building process with them. We move in happily and timely as promised by them! We were really grateful to them and very thankful we engaged them.

Our experience with Artistroom has been excellent so far. Not only did they design a very beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come, they have been very professional and creative in their approach. They pay attention to our needs and daily habits and come up with creative ideas to make the space work for us. Katy is superb at space planning and have many creative ideas to share. She never gives up trying to make things work whenever we hit a road block. She is also very meticulous and detailed, leaving no stones unturned. Mark on the other hand is polite, patient and very organised. We’re super impressed at how they keep track of all the details and manage different vendors. They are very responsive and their prompt response to the defects, made us feel very well taken care of and confident that we could trust them to complete the job in the most professional way. Overall a very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend them to others.
