En Ci is one of the few designers we met when we approached AartBoxx. She is extremely welcoming, friendly, and supportive of our ideas, while offering practical suggestions on areas we didn’t consider as first-time homeowners. She is also highly meticulous, adheres to timelines, and puts in a lot of effort before meetings. Although we ultimately went with another designer due to other factors, En Ci is definitely someone you should shortlist for a thoughtful and honest ID. Thank you, En Ci.

Our ID - En Ci, is always very responsive and helpful whenever we have queries. She was able to provide us with good insights and suggested ways to maximize what our house can achieve. She managed the project nicely and kept to the timeline of the renovation. In fact, the renovation finished earlier than expected. One thing that could have been improved on would be the communications on the changes to the reno details. As there were lots to change after site visit, sometimes things would get lost somewhere and our requests were not updated. But she still rectified them well afterwards. I would recommend En Ci from Aart Boxx Interior if anyone’s looking for ID.

We worked with Shikin from Aartbox Interior a year ago for our new home. She was meticulous, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with us. We enjoyed the entire process as she made it quite seamless and structured for us. After a year post reno, she still takes accountability and is able to accommodate us for minor defects.
